Take and Make Race Flag Rag Garland is what I call ragamuffin garland made of strips of fabric consisting of the colors of the race flags. For the DIY Take and Make, you get roughly 15” for one unit and a video showing instruction. If you order more than one, you will get one long string enough for it all or to cut into pieces. It is a fun and whimsical way to decorate for race time and the month of May. Fabric is cut into strips and fraying is a natural byproduct of the cuts. If you hang it outside, it will fray naturally. The fabric is a cotton blend and will fade in bright direct sunlight, but is still great for outdoor decorating!
